FOOD AS MEDICINE: 

Frozen grapes make a great snack and popsicle-like bite to tame sugar cravings. This recipe takes frozen grapes to the next level by bringing in almond butter to mimic a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! 

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup frozen grapes

1 Tbsp Almond Butter

1 cup almond milk, unsweetened (We like MALK or homemade to ensure no additives or fillers)

1 scoop Naturally Nourished Grassfed Whey Protect

DIRECTIONS:

Blend first three ingredients, grapes through almond milk, in the blender until incorporated. Whip in the whey protein at the end and blend briefly until combined.
