Avocado Chocolate Mousse

We love a sweet treat after (or before) dinner! Fight off stress, lower blood pressure and curb your sweet cravings with our Avocado Chocolate Mousse recipe. Avocados and chocolate? Naturally, it doesn’t sound like the most pleasing combination, but don’t knock it till you try it! It’s sweet, satisfying and everything a good dessert should be.

INGREDIENTS:
2 avocados
1/2 cup dates (Medjool)
3-4 tablespoons 100% raw organic cacao powder
1-2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS:
Simple! Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Scrape the sides with a spatula and continue to blend until smooth. Top it off with sea salt and serve with fresh fruit.
